The
Boone office of CENTURY 21 Elliott Properties
offers its clients full service residential and
commercial real estate service. It is corporately
owned by shareholders, Martitia Mortimer, Broker
in Charge, and Charlie Elliott. Jess Parks
serves as General Sales Manager for the office.
CENTURY 21 Elliott Properties boasts of having
in excess of a quarter century of experience. It
was established in Boone in 1980, and currently
maintains offices in Boone and Greensboro, North
Carolina.
 We not only serve the Town of Boone, we also
serve all of the nearby towns and communities in
our high country area, including Blowing Rock,
Banner Elk, Linville, Newland, Beech Mountain,
Sugar Mountain, Valle Crucis, West Jefferson,
Foscoe and Deep Gap.

that we have specialists in our offices capable

commercial real estate.

listed by our agents, we further co-operate with

all area multiple listing services, and for our
buyers we are able to offer them all properties
listed within these multiple listing services,
